Effective leaders frequently combine the two, adapting their strategies to meet the requirements of both the organization and their constituents. Transformational leadership, which places an emphasis on long-term vision and employee development, and transactional leadership, which places an emphasis on structure and tangible rewards, are two important leadership styles.

 Authoritative Management: Leaders not only provide clear instructions and expectations, but they also encourage originality and creativity within those parameters. 


Affiliation-Oriented: Strong relationships and fostering a sense of team unity are the primary goals of leaders. They motivate through creating a positive and supportive environment. 

 Other Important Factors to Consider: Achievement-Oriented Leaders strive for excellence and results by clearly establishing objectives and rewarding performance.


 Power-Oriented: Influence and control are motivators for leaders, and they can be effective at driving organizational progress and change.


 Democratic Management: A sense of ownership and cooperation are fostered when leaders involve their team in decision-making. 


Genuine leadership: Through their actions, leaders inspire others and build trust by leading with honesty and integrity. In the end, the best method of motivation depends on the situation, the people involved, and the desired outcomes. Leaders should be able to change with the times and be willing to change how they do things.
