 The ECU Travel Bursary 2025–2026 is a $2,000 AUD financial aid program for new international students who: intended to study in the United States initially.

Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered: 


Be a student abroad and not a citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand. Possess a valid international student visa, before the first semester being of a Bachelor's, Master's (Coursework or Research), or PhD program in 2025 or 2026.


 Be pursuing your education on ECU's campus Joondalup, Mount Lawley, or ECU City) not receive any government scholarships or sponsorship from the industry.

 Please provide proof of either: 


a pending application to an American institution, 


or b—A letter of offer from an American university



The Application Process This bursary does not require a separate application process.

 

Students ought to: Make an application for a full degree program at ECU. 


Provide the necessary evidence of your intention to study in the United States. Pay your tuition by the deadline set by ECU. Continue to be fully enrolled and eligible beyond the date of the census. 


ECU is the only one who can make any and all decisions. Crucial Dates Applications are due on May 29, 2025. Applications are due on March 14, 2026. Conditions and Guidelines The student must maintain full-time enrollment (minimum 60 semester credit hours). must remain enrolled after the first semester census date.

Students who are already receiving scholarships or bursaries from ECU are not eligible for this scholarship. There is no double funding.
